Billing and subscriptions
TitleGen subscriptions and payment management are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Use the same email address
Use the same email address for your TitleGen account and your Lemon Squeezy checkout whenever possible. This helps the subscription connect to the correct account.
If you used different email addresses and your plan does not update correctly, contact support and include both addresses.
Payments and confirmation
Lemon Squeezy securely processes the payment. Billing confirmations and receipts are sent to the email address entered during checkout.
TitleGen does not directly store your full card details.
Manage your subscription
- 1Sign in to TitleGen.
- 2Open the Plan page.
- 3Select Manage Billing.
- 4Use the Lemon Squeezy billing portal to update your payment method or review the subscription.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Plan page. The Cancel Subscription button opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal, where the cancellation is completed.
After Lemon Squeezy confirms the change, TitleGen updates the plan automatically. Access normally continues according to the billing status and subscription end date shown in the portal.
Recurring billing
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Yearly is a recurring annual subscription. Charges continue until the subscription is cancelled.
