4. AI-Generated Content

Content produced through TitleGen is AI-generated. While we strive for accuracy and creativity, we do not guarantee factual correctness or originality. You are solely responsible for verifying and reviewing any content before publishing or using it commercially.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

6. Subscription and Payments

TitleGen offers both free and paid subscription plans, managed securely through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. All payments are final and subject to Lemon Squeezy’s refund and billing policies.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and functionality of the TitleGen platform are the intellectual property of TitleGen, operated by Connor Davis, and are protected under copyright and related laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. You retain ownership of the content and prompts you provide, as well as any AI-generated outputs you choose to use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TitleGen is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding performance, reliability, or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitleGen and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of TitleGen after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
